Throughout my 25+ years of leadership in manufacturing, I’ve discovered deep satisfaction in developing the next generation of leaders and a passion for the continuous improvement process. My career has spanned industries ranging from high-tech, low-volume RF antennas to advanced repetitive auto part manufacturing - and through them all, I've learned that regardless of scale or volume, lasting success comes when people are aligned, equipped, and working together toward a shared goal.
Driven by this belief, I founded Fractional Flex Partners, LLC to pay forward the mentorship and education gained from exceptional leaders throughout my career. Through this work, I help organizations strengthen their leadership, engage and unify their teams, and build operational systems that drive sustainable growth.
When I’m not helping businesses run stronger, you’ll often find me training for a race, hitting the open road on my bike, hiking a new trail, or spending time with my family - pursuits that remind me that endurance, curiosity, and connection matter just as much in life as they do in leadership.
